Chris Christie takes up a lot of room and that leaves no room for pro-lifers. What a mess.

Wanna bet? Not one speaker will reference the Democrat 2012 convention and their decision to remove any reference to God. Or that it was jeered at, when it was by chair decision to shoved back into their platform like Zerocare.

There will be not be even an oblique speculation to that decision why the democrats don’t believe in the 10 Commandments or why they are such liars. Part of the reason ? They’re letting the media set the agenda. The other reason is the same reason why there iis no Pro-life room at the Inn. The GOPES gop elite snobs are running the show.

I was at CPAC in 2008. I was somewhat surprised to hear enthusiastic chants chants of “John McCain!” and “Mac is back!” when the Copper State solon appeared at the supposedly conservative event.

Truth to tell, the pro-life movement is becoming a “victim”, as it were, of its own success. It has won, and is winning, battle after battle at the state level, where it matters most, and its great battles will happen at the political level, in rather dull budget fights.

So as long as you are winning, there is less and less need for publicity.

Thus the question becomes: are you content to win and continue to win; or are you more concerned with being in the spotlight, even if it works against what you want?

Some people cannot distinguish between the two, thinking that “raising public awareness” actually accomplishes something, when in truth, it does not.

Importantly, the issues being raised at CPAC are *not* winners, but are losers. They can be argued about in public because they are never going anywhere.

So the bottom line is to keep winning, and look forward to the big battles which are coming after both the next election, and after the next presidential election.

Imagine PP being cut off from all federal funding. No international funding. etc. Victories saving millions of lives.

CPAC seems to have its own agenda: Maintaining CPAC.

Several 'speakers' are certainly not generally considered to be conservatives, but seem to come right out of the GOP-elite.

It seems some others also have problems with CPAC. I listened to Wilkow's radio commentary at the link in the thread below. He wasn't invited.

Huckabee filled the role as the resident social conservative. I particularly liked, “a society that sacrifices its own children is no better than the ancient Philistines”.

You know maybe some Tea Party spokesperson should challenge this in a rather blunt and over the top way. Let’s challenge that CPAC is possibly racist after all. Given that recent and past statistics show black and minority babies are aborted at higher percentages than white babies - since they chose not to include this pro-life segment, perhaps there’s a darker reason? Let’s see what happens then. If there was ever an area where blacks and whites could make common cause this is it. I have never understood this.

Here is a bit of the exchange between the writers of the Republic of Maine Constitution and a doctor who is helping with some of the more technical stuff, regarding definitions.

Here is the original letter:

Now, correct me if I am wrong, but I kind of figure you are about the most pro-life scientist that I know. So, it is you I need to call on for help.

In the Constitution for the Republic of Maine, there is a section that reads:

All life is precious, it is gift from God, and it begins at the moment of conception.

We are very serious about this, even to the point of defining age from the moment of conception, 9 months before birth. As an example; All natural born males upon reaching the age of 18, 17 years 3 months from birth, are automatically members of the Militia. We have defined natural born males as those who, at birth, have a penis and testicle(s).

What we now need is to be able to finish this statement; Life is defined as; ... We could also use a definition for conception, that would be so solid that no abortions will ever take place in the Republic of Maine.

****, If you can help on this, I would greatly appreciate it. ****, I know you are not, at this time, favoring secession, but read our guiding scripture:

11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. 12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

13 Go to now, ye that say, “To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:” 14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

15 For that ye ought to say, “If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.” 16 But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. 17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. (James 4:1-17 ****)

*****, to us that means that If God wills it we will be a free and independent country, regardless of what any man or govt wants or tries to do to stop it from happening. But, if on the other hand God does not wish that Maine be a free and independent Christian nation, then no matter what I or others do, it isn’t gonna happen.

God bless, *****

The Doctor replied implying he would help, but couldn't till next week, below is the committee chairs response to the doctor.

*****, I do not need it for awhile, all involved in writing this new Constitution are in agreement that there will be no abortions done in Maine, none. We just want to make sure that the wording makes it so clear that no doctor would even consider performing an abortion. The penalty would be the same as that for any other first degree premeditated murder of a defenseless, trapped, incapable of defending him or herself human. Death by public hanging within five days of conviction, excluding Sundays.

****, Christians must have a place to come and be safe. ....

So Christians and Patriots, if you are looking for a pro-Life Christian nation to live in, perhaps you could adjust to Maine's winters.

Sick nation and a nation of fools. Sodom and Gomorrah is close at hand. Corruption in government and the nation is running rampant. Evil on the Throne - Good (decency & truth) on the Gallows.

At the risk of sounding too negative... I actually think that what most conservatives want (I hope) is what they find within the fellowships of their churches - and therefore we will, in the future, probably only find it there. The lines between righteousness and unrighteousness are being drawn - that seems pretty obvious. In that battle, the only one that really matters, don’t look for the crowds. Devout, moral individuals are becoming more and more marginalized and the scapegoats for all of our culture’s ills. We are the “haters” because we have a standard based on Biblical morality and on that we will not compromise. Thankfully, we know how the End plays out and who the winners in life really are. But it’s going to get really dark before that happens. Look at all the Christians being killed right now throughout the world - mostly by Muslims. It probably won’t be long before that starts happening here.
