A Malaysia Airlines flight carrying 239 people has lost contact with air traffic control and was still missing two hours after it was supposed to have landed in Beijing, the airline said Saturday morning.
The airline told NBC News that a search-and-rescue mission was under way but said it had no further information.
The flight from Kuala Lumpur, carrying 227 passengers, including two infants, and 12 crew members, had been scheduled to land at 6:30 a.m. in Beijing (5:30 p.m. ET Friday).
Gezz, he said that over the air?
Wouldn't be the first time, but at this point, I'd say that's total wild speculation at best, unless he knows something personally about the pilot..wow
It dropped 600 feet before it vanished all together.
Prayers for all....hope they find out what really happened....
Source of that?
What they were actually saying was describing an incident in the past, I’ve got fox on too. It seems they said one time, a pilot was shot and they drove it into the ground, something like this, maybe one pilot actually did the shooting of the other pilot (co-pilot?).
Fox News
Respectfully, I hope I didn’t confuse it with all the talk they are giving but it sounds like they were describing this incident with the Malaysian airlines.
All it would take is a shoe bomb and the plane would immediately de-pressurize and that would be it while flying at 35000 ft.
Okay checked in late...
Yeah...Been all kinds of incidents regarding suicide in the past...
One in CA comes to mind many years ago...PSA Airlines in-bound to SF out of LAX I believe, with a disgruntled airline employee on board with a pistol....
With his ID he made his way to the flight deck, shot the pilot and co-pilot in the head....sealed everyone’s fate...
If I recall it impacted some farm field in central CA at about 600 mph....Left a big crater and only tiny pieces...
Someone on twitter brought up a good point, remember the knife attack in at the bus station in China, makes you wonder if there is a connection between that and whats going on here
Boeing 777 expert? I wonder if he was trotted out by Boeing to float this idea of pilot suicide...have him talk about anything other than mechanical failure. They do this because when the blame game starts, it is all about the bottom line (money)
anyone here suspicious that it may be a ground to air related attack?
>Even if Malaysia is mostly Moslem, that is no reason for it.
Since when do islamowhackos need a reason to kill as many innocents as possible?
For the record, that was a guest on Fox’s Megyn Kelly show who brought that up and he was on the phone, just saying, the Fox personnel weren’t actually saying that.
I was In California at that time and they named it “People Scattered All over.” The incident ended the airline.
Roger that.
If there is no communication from the pilot, then something catastrophic happened. That increases the chance a bomb on board the plane may have exploded and brought it down.

that seems to be the most likely scenario, either something blew in the plane/engine failure or in my recent reply, ground to air attack.
Some guy on Fox just pointed out that the Muslims are in a “war” with China. They just killed a bunch of them and they’re fighting religious wars on the SW border.
I’d bet it’s terrorism. It fell off the radar instantly. Even the transponders stopped transmitting.
