He is correct. You don’t need a doctor for every part of your healthcare, because you don’t need a public healthcare system for every part of your healthcare.
A person with just a little bit of knowledge can take care of most minor problems themselves.

O’Reilly obviously has not spent any time in a hospital lately. Healthcare functions performed by MDs in the old days have been broken down into specialties performed by physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, nurses aides, and a wide range of technical specialists with community college degrees. I hate to say it but Zeke Emmanuel’s got this this one right, it’s been going on for years.
So who pays for these “community health clinics”? Are they like the old free clincs where you went when you got clap or had a bad trip? Or are they like the urgent care places? Who pays? The Government? Your Obama health care provider? The patiant?

I can’t back Bill on this one. The vast majority of minor medical issues do not need an MD to handle. I have had NPs diagnosis things correctly that the MD they worked for could not.
It really scares me to think that I actually agree with Zeke Emmanuel on anything significant

This bothers me. If everyone has ObamaCare why are these community health clinics needed? Who will use them? If you can get “free” care at these why would anyone buy ObamaCare?
