Connecticut gun owners are calling the state’s anti-gun bluff. The state recently passed a slew of anti-gun legislation, including a gun registration program for so called “assault rifles” that has been received with less enthusiasm than Obamacare. In fact, many gun owners in Connecticut have elected to ignore the patently unconstitutional law in the same way that Millennials have ignored the IRS requirement for health insurance. And now, as the state issues threatening letters and increased confiscation rhetoric, citizens are telling the state: “Come and take them.”

To all the legislators in Connecticut, I plead with you to go back and study your beginning and why your ancestors came here from Europe. Think about how the revolution from tyranical England was won. The God who brought you to Connecticut will sustain you “if” you do the right thing. May God have mercy on your soul if you choose to destroy one of the most fundamental rights of a human being to protect himself and his family from a tyranical government.

Connecticut Citizens: Please, vote against the Marxists in Hartford, started with the fraudulent governor Mallory. You can do better (Okay, you might elect RINOs), but vote for Connecticut’s future as a better state with low taxes, pro business environment and a strong Conservative Republican Party.
Nutmeggers need to wake up and vote for their rights.
This law was a deliberate attempt to make felons of honest citizens. It’s no secret that most gun owners are conservative. By making them felons and stripping them of their voting rights, liberals ensure that they will control the state. Same thing for New York State. Sadly the efforts to ensure progressives remain in control are splitting the country and may lead to future violence and perhaps even another Civil War.
