There is a LOT of outright false information coming out of the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
As Putin is former KGB, I suspect this is being done to de-sensitize us to any information coming out of this region.
I fully expect Yanukovych to make a statement in a day or so.
I’d bet the kitchen sink that the memo was put out by the opposition. Arouses that warm revolution feeling.
