President Obama faces the gravest challenge of his presidency in figuring out how to respond to Russias invasion of Ukraine. How he responds will define his two terms in office, as well as determine the future of Ukraine, Russia and U.S. standing in the world. After all, if the authoritarian tyrant Vladimir Putin is allowed to get away with his unprovoked attack against his neighbor, a blatant violation of that countrys sovereignty and territorial integrity, then U.S. credibility, already damaged by Obamas poor handling of Syria, will be down to zero. Allies wont believe in us, enemies wont fear us and the world will be a much more dangerous place. The White House statement issued late Saturday afternoon expressing deep concern over Russias clear violation of Ukrainian sovereignty was woefully inadequate.

He said he was going to cut a deal with Putin after he was re-elected, more wiggle room. I guess Putin knew how shallow Obama was then.
Putin knew that Barry’s idea of flexibility cannot be discussed in polite company.
i wouldn’t expect much from a president who curtsies to most of the heads of state in the world.
You are not only one saying that;

It’s like the Carter years. He used to wear a sign that said, “I’m an American. Kick me.”
America elected and re-elected intellectual infant, while portraying a wise candidate like Sarah Palin as an idiot! Will we learn?
Now, now.. that's too harsh.
Didn't he draw a line in Syria? Didn't he then draw another?
Why, if he hadn't run out of all the fun colors of crayons he'd have drawn even more.
No foreign policy indeed.
Obama’s been so busy bankrupting America and destroying our military he just plum ignored what was going on in Ukraine these last several months,
Or, as you say, he’s already cut a deal with Stalin, er, Putin to let him take all the territory he pleases. But what does Obama get in return? Nothing. The total collapse of America is his goal.
Clinton bears responsibility. The Budapest Memorandum was a horrible agreement that only guaranteed this would eventually happen.
And then we have the inestimable John Kerry as Secretary of State, who said recently something to the effect that global warming is the biggest threat we face.
Trouble is, failing to uphold that now makes the US look weaker and even more contemptible in the eyes of the world. Maybe the agreement shouldn’t have been made, but since it was made, it needs to be upheld.
I guess taking another “Overcharge” button to Moscow isn’t going to work this time.
Wouldn’t be the first, nor the last agreement to be broken.
Why is an ex-Bush official giving Obama advice on how to handle this? Seriously, all ex-GOP foreign policy folks should STFU and let Obama and the Dems stew in their own feces.
Plus to be binding it had to be ratified by the Senate, which I don’t believe ever happened.
and Libya...and Egypt...and Iraq...and Afghanistan...and Gitmo prisoners...NSA surveillance...and summer of recovery...and Obamacare...and the reset button...and al qaeda...and race relations...and military preparedness...(please feel free to add to the list)...
Is there anything undamaged by this dope heads touch?
No word from the Benghazi Cover-Up woman who told the world we now have a “reset” button with Russia. No questions from the media, just like they buried “The Road to 9/11” that catalogued the Clinton inactions as the cause for 9/11.
Obama is a faggot. All faggots are spineless whimps looking for love in all the wrong places.
Michelle says he stinks. That tells us everything we need to know about the little queer.
