Rep. Darrell Issa doesn’t know what he’s talking about, the attorney for former IRS official Lois Lerner said Sunday.
Issa, the California Republican who chairs the House Oversight and Reform Committee, told “Fox News Sunday” that Lerner, the former head of the IRS tax-exempt division, would testify before his committee Wednesday, which he said he had been told by her attorney.
That attorney, William W. Taylor, said Issa is wrong.

I’m sure she got a call from o and was told, don’t say anything or else. If you keep quiet I’ll pardon you as soon as your thrown in jail.

Issa is like a yapping poodle when a burglar breaks in.
I refer to him as the DC Gossip Columnist.
I like lawyers about as much as the next person but in this case
a lawyer’s attitude and specialized knowledge is needed. Issa
should be replaced by Trey Gowdy.
Issa should just send her notes with a number on them. Start off with “20”. Then the next note, “22”, the next “25”. Eventually she should get the message that this is the number of years she should anticipate spending in a federal prison, once Obama is out of office.
It may be that Lerner’s attorney is just saying this
to keep her alive until she can testify.
Should be an interesting week.
Take her broom away and toss her in jail then...

Mr. Klayman has won some victories. The most recent one regarding the NSA. Yes, he has mostly failures, but I wouldn't consider him, "hapless."
Any victor for the constitutional conservative side is worth while...
