"LOL! 6 is a crowd?"

Kathy, I'm afraid it is. We're in a Queen size bed, and to be truthful, Mrs. MacNessa and I are taxing the space and weight limits of our bed. We are both losing weight, as we must, but the doggie and the felines don't always respect our space. They think, since we are the warmest things in the house, that they're entitled to merge with us. It gets interesting. :)

You are right, this global warming stuff is really a problem, but “they” persist in their lies, as they get rich with those same lies.

The grumpy cat is exclusively an indoor varmint. If I open a door to go to the mailbox she complains loudly and scrambles upstairs to nest in my bed.

They've been saying the water is "acceptable" all along (except for pregnant women until recently), but finally "they" declared it safe (which "they" said they hadn't done previously because "safe is not a scientific term we use".) Anyhow, they caved under pressure and pronounced it safe this week. Now we just have to melt it before we can drink it, lol.

I saw a discussion here last weekend debating the ultimate stalker song. The nominees iirc were "You Don't Own Me" and "Every Breath You Take". No one mentioned this Beatles' classic, but imho it takes the prize hands down with, "I'd rather see you dead little girl than to be with another man." Lennon's stalker mojo was workin' overtime.

Dear FRiends - I must retire now - in the wake of recent events, my mind is racing - over a lot of old ground - I, and all of us, have been in this place before. I am old and weak - I never thought I would reach this state - I expected to die in Battle, as I almost did so many years ago. I can do little more at this stage than to stand and bear witness with those of like mind against the tyranny that now threatens us. I have done so - at the Petition Roll-out for the Fallen of Benghazi last Summer and at the Million Vets' March last October. I stood four decades ago, when those of us who stood for America and Freedom were scorned, vilified and ostracized. I stand now, and I will stand for as long as I draw breath for the United States of America.

I want my Country back!!
