New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio took off the gloves in his battle with education reformers, rescinding an agreement for the city to share space with several public charter schools. The move undercuts educators, parents and some 700 students at four schools, including Harlem Success 4, one of the public charter school movements top success stories, and two set to open in the fall. While agreements at those schools were rescinded, expansion of a fourth school was also blocked. The schools were to operate rent-free in city-owned facilities under deals backed by former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, an ardent supporter of charter schools.

If you go to Charles de Gaul’s grave, the last thing on his tombstone is, “And I hate Bill de Blasio”.
don’t forget sexual orientation and I don’t mean hetero.
I have it on good authority that Jesus also mentioned at the last supper how much he hated Bill de Blasio.
“dont forget sexual orientation and I dont mean hetero.”
I think you mean “de hetero” don’t you?
“I saw those TV Ads , come to NY State ,start a business no taxes for 10 years , LOL , SUCKER”
NY State sucks for a lot of reasons.
BUT:
DiBlasio is a mayor of a city. He doesn’t have jack to do with NY State.
NY City is a very tiny part of NY State, area wise.
Unfortunately it also has the bulk of the State’s population and so gets to decide all elections. And as a result, NY State gets screwed every time.
n’sot even a naked kate upton could get me to move to ny.

I wouldn’t even move next door if that’s where she lived. She’s already overweight and ten years from now she’ll just be another Kirsty Ally (sp?) that is a lard ass, unless she begins some type of diet and fitness program.
I spent a total of maybe 6 months in NY in the early 1960’s, when my carrier was in the old Brooklyn Navy Shipyard on two different occasions. Times were good at Moriarty’s on Kings Hwy. and 18 was the drinking age. .....After watching the sad decline of NYC via politics, crime, foreigners who refuse to assimilate with American ideals, etc., I would never go there again. ......DeBlasio the Communist is only hastening the distruction of NYC and the people should rise up and toss him out... quickly!
The public school teachers’ unions are the de facto owners of the Democratic Party, as evidenced by the fact that even if Obama is talking about landing on the moon again he’ll throw in something about hiring 100,000 new teachers. When everything is seen from that viewpoint, everything the Dems do is logical (even if it is destructive to the nation). Among their pet projects: Amnesty to keep asses in the classroom seats, government-subsidized abortion on demand to eliminate children from “inferior” (in their eyes) races, and always higher taxes to subsidize their political arm (the Democratic Party). It is no coincidence that DeBlasio also wants full-day pre-K all over the city; it will transfer more taxpayer wealth to his party.
I warned people about the similarities re: Obama and Jones when he ran for senate in Chicago. I begged them to watch the full show on You Tube.
It blew minds.
Warned about this one too... no one listens.
I trudge on anyway.
:)
