You don’t need orders to shoot when rioters are throwing fire bombs at you and your friends are dying around you being burned alive, it’s called self defense.

-Most of the Berkut riot police were young, broke Russian sympathizers bussed in from the east side of Ukraine. When Ukrainian farmers found out what was going on, they ambushed the busses, and forced these Berkut to walk back home, unarmed and unharmed. Only 10 police died, while thousands of protesters were seriously injured by the Berkut riot police.
