White House science czar Dr. John Holdren wasn’t in the mood to be contradicted on whether global warming was causing “extreme weather.” Holdren described climate scientists whose work contradicts the White House’s global warming claims as outside the “scientific mainstream.” Holdren was asked by Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions to cite scientific data that supported claims that droughts and other weather events were being made worse by global warming. Sessions then cited contradicting evidence from climate scientists, including former NASA scientist Dr. Roy Spencer and University of Colorado climate scientist Roger Pielke, Jr. Holdren countered that the likes of Pielke and Spencer

I know what happened to global warming. It started believing all the things people were saying about it. How important it was and so on. Global warming became puffed up and complacent. Stopped getting up early and putting in a full days work. Global warming let it slip. Started taking everything for granted.
Global warming thought it could just make it on reputation alone.
There is a very simple question that reveals the non-scientific approach, and it has to do with falsification. Specifically, if you ask someone, "What evidence would it take for you to be convinced your conclusion is in error?" and they haven't an answer, haven't even thought about it, are in complete denial that such a thing could exist, then you aren't dealing with science, but dogma. We're dealing with dogma here.
I want politicians to guarantee moderate climate all the time, no exrteme weather..ever...and please tax me whatever amount is necessary to do so. That settles it! No warming, no cooling, just bland weather all the time.
Finally it just stopped showing up.

They want to regulate opinions

No debate --- they need no evidence --- it's all decided and if you ask any questions, you are a heretic. No dissent will be tolerated.

I think back again to President Eisenhower's farewell address and the things he warned us that we should be gravely concerned about.
"The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present – and is gravely to be regarded."
Ike was a very wise man... perhaps the last wise old man to be President. He saw this danger approaching 50+ years ago.
Extreme weather? How many tornados and hurricanes did we have last year? What was their severity?

We are being led around by a group of people who are wrong about everything. Nuclear power plants actually cause global warming. They cannot possibly physically prevent warming. They can only add warmth via heat energy.
At this point the best thing we can do is get prepped, because they do not have the brains nor the integrity to prevent running into their own brick wall. And that wall is coming.
So just what are Holdren’s scientific credentials? I doubt that he is scientifically literate at all.
