The correct response should be “And what give the courts the authority to give such an order”? And if they did have such authority then surely any video that offended any group of people would have to be removed as well. Of course The First amendment does not give anyone the right to even pass such a law.
Until the corrupt courts are put on Ignore then the downward spiral of America will continue. It is up to the states to start putting them on Ignore when they twist and pervert the constitution.
