President Obama’s Internal Revenue Service today quietly released a series of Obamacare “Health Care Tax Tips” warning Americans that they must obtain “qualifying” health insurance – as defined by the federal government – or face a “shared responsibility payment” when filing their tax returns in 2015. The term “shared responsibility payment” refers to the Obamacare individual mandate tax, one of at least seven tax hikes in the healthcare law that directly hit families making less than $250,000 per year.

That’s because it won’t come about until you file for 2014.
As others kindly pointed out to me on an earlier thread, this will be for the 2014 taxes that you file in 2015.

* Pro-Obama Impeachment street protests;
* Pro-Military street protests;
* Pro-Privatization of “Entitlements” street protests;
* Anti-Coverup of Benghazi Murders street protests;
* Anti-Coverup of Fast and Furious murder street protests;
* Anti-IRS street protests;
* Anti-NSA street protests;
* Anti-Holder’s DOJ street protests;
* Anti-Bypass Congress street protests;
* Anti-Judge Robert’s street protests;
* Anti-Obamacare street protests;
* Anti-Trojan Horse RINOs street protests; and
* Anti-Democrat Party street protests.

Tax day needs to be moved to the first tuesday in November. That might change election outcomes in our favor.

The way the law is currently written, all they can do is withhold the money from your refund. If you aren’t due a refund, they can’t do anything.

The IRS is controlling our health, choosing our politicians by hurting the Tea Party, religious groups and other conservative groups, stealing our money, etc..

According to the ACA the IRS can only collect from owed tax refunds. But I suppose that can be changed arbitrarily by the kenyan or a minion.
