The White House says President Barack Obama will propose a 1 percent pay raise next year for federal workers.

They know they will never get the majority of military votes, so throw them to the wolves. But increase the number of federal warriors and give them more money......
That is 21 percent more than most of them deserve.
Hmmm...1%? Even if they’re getting 30 bucks an hour, that’s 30 cents. Big deal.
no
NO
I propose each fed “worker” having to justify whatever they get to a public panel.
Well, Dear Reader’s payola to his buddies and core supporters has to come from somewhere.
I propose that all government workers count off, and all odd numbers be fired. Then count off again......
Is this”Good Politics”,Obongo?????????????????
.... Of course ... While at the same time gutting the US military because this Banana Republic tin horn dictator can't see anywhere else in this administrations ever growing bloated budget comprised of massive amounts of every imaginable type of socialist special interest funding to make any kind of cuts to his pet projects could he!!! He is plundering this countries wealth with no concern for the coming consequences.
.... This administration's priorities are not comprised of anything founded in true American ideals.

Yup.
Is he going to give private sector workers $50/ month as well? Funny my private sector income keeps going down...down...down.
Obama is taking from me and giving it to someone else.
Davis Bacon wages for min skilled jobs is still about $57/hr.
Obama introduced his Min Wage for Fed contract positions at about $10.50/hr, meaning the mechainisms are in place to reduce their wages from %57 to $10.50, with a py increase of 1%, now allows $10.61 for a previous $57/hr job,...and politically to the majority of readers, he has hiked their wages twice.
.....and union members still think he’s a great guy.
Why? Are they really underpaid???
Vote buying. Simple enough.
Absolutely yes.
Next year? Ooh, love me, want me, adore me.......and vote for my comrades in November.
Davis Bacon is a misleading value. I’ve made those “wages” before. Over half of that pays for benefits - insurance, employer healthcare insurance, retirement, etc. Those guys make about 20-25 dollars an hour. When they get a pay increase like this, they get it to the hourly amount they make, not the whole package.
At a minimum, think of the difference in First Lady’s, and I don’t mean their skin color.
