We need land forces? Ain't that what the army is? Ain't that their real job? Boots on the ground, grunts, soldiers? What kind of statement is he making here? Cutting ground forces IS cutting the Army. Supported by armor, air and big guns. If we cut this military back to pre-WWII, China and Russia will throw celebration parades and march right across and attack us. We would have no military options against either and they over power us. The slug in the White House has already cut the nukes.
I guess this is what Obama was meaning when he told the Russian guy to wait till after the election and he had more flexibility. Yup, flexibility to cut the forced down to nothing to allow us to get over run. He will move to Iran or some muzzie nation because they will take him in.
