My bible, a St. James version, in a chronology lists specifically and explicitly the Lords Prayer in Mt.6:9. Mt. 6:9 does not refer explicitly to Jesus giving the “Lords Prayer’ but the quote from Jesus is there. The prayer of Jesus explicitly starts with ‘Our Father which art in Heaven’. As such I think it is nit-picking to talk about different wording.

I was referring to the way the Mormons converse in these threads to us Christians about our bible...
The Mormons claim actual terms are not in the bible so they discount them as not true...
one of their favorites is the word Trinity...
although we know that God is indeed triuns and there are Bible scriptures to support that fact, the Mormons claim god is not Three Persons because the word Trinity is not to be found in the KJV...
It is not that the Mormons believe or prefer the KJV it is because the KJV is old English from Shakespearian times and we tend to use a murderer form of English in the churches..
The Mormons also find necro baptism or baptism for dead people thus making them born again long after they have died and gone to Hell through their denial of Christ..
and although that’s not in the Bible either..
the Mormons have baptized Hitler and many of his Jewish victims, Anne Frank and Jesus himself, thus “saving” him and temple married Jesus to Mary, Martha and Mary Magdalene...making them all Mormons forever...its irreversible...
They also dead baptized Stanley Ann Dunham and sealed her to her son Barak Obama making him a Mormon too..
so they have their first Mormon president...
and they cant do anything about it..hes a Mormon forever according too their rules and beliefs..
So now Resty wants to rewrite the Bible and place the Mormon term “heavenly father” into the Christian Bible
yes we Christians know the prayer as the Lord’s prayer...
but Resty is a Mormon and she worships a different “lord” to the One we do..
her “heavenly father” is a man who had physical sex with the Mormon Mary ..and not the “Our Father” that Jesus introduced us to..
The “heavenly father” of the Mormons has a physical body like we do and is married to thousands of “heavenly mothers” and the Mormon jesus is married too to multiple wives..
The blood of Mormon jesus does not have the power to save so the Mormon humans have to save themselves and their dead ancestors by being dead dunked” after death out of Hell and into three levels of “heaven”
In the top level dead Mormons become gods and rule their own planet with thousands of wives...their have sex forever and make millions of babies to worship them as gods..
This is the way mormons claim earth was set up..by a man who just happened to be worthy and good enough to earn his godship..
Then theres the second level for single Mormons and others
and finally theres the lower level where the Christians who got dead dunked and other non-Mormons w3h0 got dead dunked will abide forever in by the skin of their teeth..
so if you died happily a Christian you will eventually be dead dunked into mormonism and then your name will go on the Mormn rolls as a member and on the Mormon IGI (FamilySearch)If your ancestor is listed in the Mormon research website FamilySearch they were dead dunked into Mormonism..
Every pope, every Founding Father every Catholic saint is there why not your ancestors ???

Meanwhile yes Jesus does start with “Our Father” but He doesn’t start with “heavenly father”
BTW the MOrmons deny the Trinity to such extremes they sing Holy Holy Holy and cripple the part of that beautiful Christian hymn that should rightfully go
