They caved in to the IRS. They’ll cave in to this as well.

Translation: Hey, Switzerland, we’re ruining our culture, and in order to be fair, you must also ruin your culture.

By importing Muzlims who - sooner or later - we will be at war with.

If the Swiss did breach an accord previously signed with Brussels, did they really think there wouldn’t be repercussions?

Good for Switzerland. Every nation has both the right & duty to control who comes into its domains, and to what purpose. That is basic to the very existence of sovereign domains.

See Jefferson's Memo to President Washington, on the obvious limitation on Treaty Law (& accords).

Memo to President Washington.

Acceptance of an inability to control your borders is suicidal.

Look up “clausula rebus sic stantibus” before you say that again.

The serious consequences will be Europeans leaving the EU to live instead in Switzerland.

Thanks Olog-hai.

I didn’t say that the Swiss didn’t have every right to change their own laws on immigration, I said “did they really think there wouldn’t be consequences?”

Indeed but I can still say it again. The Swiss can change their own laws and Brussels can decides who gets it’s scientific grant money.

Looks like the Internationalists have given their orders in response to this slap in the face by the Swiss. You must destroy your culture, your heritage, and import as many 3rd world people as possible if you want to do business with us. I hope the Swiss people will continue to hold out against their politicians. People have the right to their own nation (Israel, Greece, the US, Switzerland, etc...)

That’s only because the USA is weak these days and doesn’t have the will to tell Brussels where to stick it. People don’t understand just what the USA was holding back.
