A California high school student who believes he is a girl trapped in a boy's body just made the girls' softball team.
Pat Cordova-Goff, 17, a strapping senior at Azusa High School, in Azusa, an hour east of Los Angeles, can play with and against girls because of a September change in state law went into effect last month. The law requires that, “a pupil be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil’s records.”
Goff, who is a cheerleader at the school, played freshman baseball when he considered himself a boy. He found out Friday that he made the cut.

Here’s the way to kill “Title IX” which requires the same dollars to be spent on girls’ sports as on boys’ sports. The guys not quite good enough to make the varsity or junior varsity boys teams but who want to play only have to claim their are girls trapped in boys’ bodies and make the girls’ varsity or the girls’ junior varsity teams.
Girls volleyball, basketball and other sports too. But dang, most guys will want to be on the girls swim team.

What are you even talking about? There's no "judging" going on here about abilities, gender, or anything else - it's a discussion about a man claiming he's a woman and getting put onto the women's team. That has nothing to do with the scenario you are trying to paint of this discussion.

I see that same ironic outcome. After a few years and a lot of tears, the girls will demand a reversal of policy. You know that old saying, Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.
