This will not end well. The Feds will eventually force Utah to provide the water and electricity, and for free.But the courts have ruled that roadblocks to check for DUIs are legal. Every day you set up one of these outside the facility that takes a really really long time to get through. Can the Feds end that?

I imagine the Feds would put a stop to that, too. If Terry Mcauliffe decides one day he doesn’t like a war being prosecuted, can he impede the activities at the Pentagon? Maybe set up a DUI checkpoint in front of the gate? Close the roads leading to the CIA HQ?
