You guys in the press who are reading this right now can be such shameless whores. I generally try to hold to the standard these days that if I wouldn’t be outraged by George Chimpy McBushitler Halliburton and Darth Cheney doing something, I shouldn’t be outraged by President Obama. And if I’d be outraged by Bush, I should be outraged by Obama.
But you journalists have such erections for everything Barack Obama does, you can’t even summon outrage to report fairly on the latest b.s. from the administration over Obamacare. Is it any wonder so many people have stopped trusting you?
Under the latest round of Obamacare delays for companies of 50 to 99 employees, companies who embrace the delay can layoff, restructure, and hire part time workers, but only if they swear to the IRS they are not doing so because of Obamacare. This comes on the heels of a much touted CBO report that finds only anecdotal evidence of a shift to part-time work now, but expects a shift in labor among small businesses in 2015.
If George W. Bush had done that, Dan Rather would be marching on the White House with a pitch fork. Tom Browkaw would be calling for his head on a platter. Andrea Mitchell of that anti-Bush site would be calling for his impeachment. CNN would be interviewing Cindy Sheehan about the boundaries crossed by George and Dick. And — spare me the rebuttals — you know damn well the story wouldn’t be done in passing, but would be wall to wall coverage with your legal analysts, economists, and sour faced anchors all tut-tutting for several days.
“On what legal authority?” you guys would ponder. “Won’t businesses just turn to lying,” you’d speculate...

Obama should be impeached, but that won’t happen because the GOP is too timid and the Democrats will line up like they did with Clinton even to supporting his perjury. I fear that Obama will be emboldened by his getting away with ignoring the Constitution and become even more brazen in writing any law he pleases. The GOP would do next to nothing if Obama just declared an end to free elections and declared himself president for life. The Democrats would of course support this and the media would be hailing him for his boldness.
You can say that again.
But most businesses are laying off or reducing to part-time because of Obamacare. Why should they lie? What is to prevent businesses from telling this truth? What are the legal consequences? Nothing!
So businesses should just tell the truth.
There are a few hundred Tea Party groups, maybe a few thousand of note. Directing the IRS to intimidate or investigate these groups is a manageable undertaking. It’s an abuse of power for sure, but if Obama’s people are intent on doing it, it can be done.
But having the IRS intimidate and investigate hundreds of thousands of businesses because they told the truth is biting off more than can be chewed. Such an undertaking would be enormous as an operation.
It doesn’t make any sense. Vast majority of American businesses are law abiding and will tell the truth. And if there is a fine or penalty for telling the truth, then it’s court time.
CAN’T HAPPEN FAST ENOUGH. Even if he will not be removed like Klintoon, the GOP must take on the fight if we are to maintain law and order and preserve our Constitutional Republic.
Anyone for impeachment is absolutely delusional..
They couldn’t even impeach Clintoon...

We DO need to impeach the president.
Thank you and YES, in a just world where men of character step up and perform their civic duties with conviction and virtue, we would have never elected representatives that would let it get to this point but we have largely elected the most vile among us and none would dare lift a finger to move in any fashion that could be construed as to disrupt the flow of pork into their already bulging pockets.
I think we have a much better chance, as fantastically slim as it is, of getting something accomplished through an Article V Convention of the States rather than getting anything done through a body that has already demonstrated and admitted its own monumental impotence.
It's like shouting into the wind but at least history will show that we were shouting all the way to the end and did not go gently into that good night.

I saw an “IMPEACH OBAMA” bumper sticker in California today. Time to flood the streets with such stickers.

I did a little looking...
The law says the president has the authority to basically make changes up to a specific date, which was 12/31/13...
The malfeasance produced today meets the high crimes and misdemeanors that can be brought up in articles of impeachment...Because any changes now after that date have to be done the old fashioned way...Through Congress...And we know he cannot allow that to happen...
Now, the trick is to see how many congress-critters up there have the stones to get it done...
This is just what I see...If someone has a different take, I am certainly open to hear it...And if I am wrong about something, then “show me da money!!!”
I know most folks here know me to be rather amiable to constructive criticism, and know that I am not defending anything or anyone promoting this socialist policy/agenda/law that is absolutely going to destroy what is left of this countries economy, its freedoms and liberties when we fight back...
So if we fight back, we had better be in it to win it...If those we send up ther to get this done cannot do it...Then we the people can certainly flush that toilet up there and rid ourselves of the entire bunch...
No matter how much you like your guy or gal up there now...We gotta get results...Or we all might as well go dark and hunker down for some unpleasantries...

Just have the House Sergeant of Arms hand deliver a House Subpoena to B. Hussein Obama to appear before the full House to answer questions about his apparent Dereliction of Duty as Commander in Chief before, during and after the 2012 Benghazi Murders.
If B. Hussein Obama does not appear within the 24 hour time limit specified in the House Subpoena, then the Speaker of the House shall appoint a House Special Counsel with binding Subpoena powers to investigate the following scandals:
*Benghazi:
*NSA,
*IRS,
*and rewriting Federal Law by Obama, Holder, and others to be named later.
BTW, since Federal Politicians are the lowest for of Life in America, they are not above the Law.
