The aren't any legal consequences, but since when has that stopped this thugocracy running the country? What the IRS alone has done against Tea Party groups is extra-legal, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. We are livng in a full-blown tyranny-now Holder's got an agenda for states to give felons the right to vote-and do you think he won't threaten to withhold "federal" money (confiscated from those states) to try to force states to fall in line? Federal judges are ignoring states' constitutions to force them recognise sodomite "marriage" from other states, and therafter they will have to allow it in their own states.

There are a few hundred Tea Party groups, maybe a few thousand of note. Directing the IRS to intimidate or investigate these groups is a manageable undertaking. It’s an abuse of power for sure, but if Obama’s people are intent on doing it, it can be done.
But having the IRS intimidate and investigate hundreds of thousands of businesses because they told the truth is biting off more than can be chewed. Such an undertaking would be enormous as an operation.
It doesn’t make any sense. Vast majority of American businesses are law abiding and will tell the truth. And if there is a fine or penalty for telling the truth, then it’s court time.

The aren't any legal consequences,...Not sure but I think it was Rush that said the consequence of admitting it was because of Obamacare means the company would immediately lose the exemption and be subject to the fines.
