Behenna, who was convicted of unpremeditated murder in a combat zone, learned early Wednesday morning and called his parents in Edmond, where he will return next month. We go between tears and laughing, Vicki Behenna told The Oklahoman. Im just so thankful. Im just so very very thankful. Its wonderful.

Good that he has been granted Parole— I still say it WRONG to ever charge him to begin with.

Charging someone with “unpremeditated murder” in a combat zone. ROTFLMAO!!! Only in America! The land of “medical” marijuana and two men “marrying” each other! Whadda country!

Great news. This was a wrongful conviction. When we have an American president again, he needs to pardon him.

Hi CT - I hope you are well.
I was remiss in not posting the website for the Behenna effort. It is http://www.defendmichael.com/
A person can read about the “journey” there. I had the pleasure of working with Vicki when she was in private practice. She is a quality lawyer that left to work for the US Attorney’s office. She is a career employee.
My Ranger Nephew (getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan again) has told me that Michael is legendary among Rangers.
