Why has there been no class action lawsuit, and injunctive relief? It seems to me you should be able to put enough information before a court to find that this is a civil rights violation, and is preventing people from being allowed to participate in politics. They were all up in arms over poll taxes and literacy tests, but then, here is the government persecuting citizens seeking to have a say in their own affairs, and the government comes down on them with its jack boots. The IRS needs to be enjoined from any more attacks on conservative groups until it can show grounds apart from political beliefs why the group became subject to review.
Remember the rulings that said that if one minority is impacted more than another, it is signs of racial discrimination? 100 percent is a pretty good indicator of discrimination. Or, don't conservatives have rights?

Not a smidgeon... of truth when I typed that, I got corrected for spelling it like a "pidgeon". Apparently, the correct spelling is "smidgen".
If Boner had any balls, everyone in America would know how that word is spelled before Zero got kicked out of office.

And the other day some ‘rat was saying that “only” one liberal group was given approval of its application while no conservative group were ever denied - forgot to say that probably only one liberal group was audited, and no conservatives were ever given any decision one way or another, thus denying the opportunity of appealing and eventually getting a resolution - as they say, justice delayed is justice denied.....

House Democrats pushed back, saying Republicans were seeking to use the IRS controversy to score political points with their conservative base in an election year. Damned, dirty Republicans! Using our tactics against us!

... 100% of the established 501(c)(4) groups the IRS selected for audit were conservative. This is just a crumb the rats tossed to their friends in the GOPe.

The message that people are failing to understand is: DON'T FORM CONSERVATIVE GROUPS. Why do folks not understand? And, what are you going to do about it, whine? Wants some cheese with that?
