Kent Terry, the brother of slain border agent Brian Terry, sent a scathing letter to Attorney General Eric Holder demanding to know why the United States has let years pass without holding anyone accountable for Operation Fast and Furious.
In his letter, Mr. Terry wrote, Breitbart.com reported: Mr. Holder, I am going to get right to the point of this letter. I am not pleased with your behavior as Americas Attorney General. Simply denying that you had no knowledge about Operation Fast and Furious is troubling in itself, but for you to not comply with Congress is even more troubling. It is shocking to know that the Attorney General of the United States had no knowledge or was not made aware of Fast and Furious until after the death of my brother, Brian Terry.
He then asked why Mr. Holder has not held anyone in his department, or in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, accountable for his brothers 2010 murder.

FBI Criminal Informant Complicit in Brian Terrys Death (PJM Exclusive)Previously, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terrys death in Peck Canyon, Arizona was described as a chance meeting that led to a firefight: an illegal alien rip crew working for the Sinaloa cartel was hoping to find other illegal aliens and to rob them at gunpoint. Instead, they stumbled across a Border Patrol unit and murdered Agent Terry.
Last week, the Washington Times offered a new version of the encounter: they reported that the rip crew was not hunting illegals, but Border Patrol teams with the intention of engaging them in combat.
Sources now tell PJ Media that neither version of events is accurate: the rip crew was not waiting for a chance encounter with other illegals, nor did the members intend to engage American law enforcement agents.
The rip crew was in Peck Canyon that evening with the intention of stealing money and drugs from a specific shipment of which they had prior knowledge.
(snip)
The rip crew knew to be in Peck Canyon that December evening because a CI working for the FBI found out about a smuggling run from the FBI.
(snip)
A source tells PJM that the FBI knew from wiretaps that the CI was using their information to set up an ambush. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) through its own CIs and communications intercepts was also aware of the planned assault. Neither the DEA nor FBI warned Border Patrol about the expected criminal activity.
(snip)
Multiple sources tell PJM that this third weapon disappeared because it was the weapon carried by the FBI CI who ran the rip crew. When it was recovered near the scene of the murder and subsequently traced by the ATF, it traced back to the FBI CI via the gun shop in Texas where it was purchased.
(snip)
Neither agency bothered to warn Border Patrol to keep their BORTAC teams out of Peck Canyon that evening. As a direct result of this FBI and DEA failure combined with Homeland Security forcing BORTAC units to carry less-lethal beanbag rounds in some of their primary weapons Brian Terrys under-armed four-man unit walked into an ambush against a heavily armed rip crew, at least five of whom were carrying rifles.
Brian Terrys murder was entirely preventable. The incompetence of the DEA and FBI let his Border Patrol unit walk into an ambush. After the ambush, it appears the FBI tampered with evidence to cover up that one of their informants was involved with the murder of a federal agent.
Dear Eric - please sic the IRS on me and harass me and my family for the next 5 years. Best regards, Trent.
Hope this guy is prepared to suffer the consequences of opposing the Lord Ruler and his regime.
Fast & Furious is all the Repubs needed to impeach obama.
I agree. They were too timid to go after him. The corruption in F&F runs through every Federal LEA, not just the ATF, and right to the top of the DoJ.

Once that vote was tallied, Eric The Red will forever be GUILTY of being in contempt of Congress.
As long as Congress fails to live up to their Oath of Office and allows Eric The Red to retain his position as United States Attorney General, we should All join together and hold Congress in the Utmost of Contempt.
That’s my position and I am sticking to it.
How about “ALL OF THE ABOVE”?
Justifications and Reasons for the immediate IMPEACHMENT and REMOVAL From Office of Barak Hussein Obama is a target rich environment.
The Majority of Congress should be Removed from Office just based upon their continued DERELICTION OF DUTY.
Though I do have to say, the Fast & Furious operation may very well be the most devious and disgusting of his career. It was said that Clinton was willing to accept a certain level of violence in order to get his gun control legislation enacted. It was implied that there was a line beyond which Clinton would not go. On the other hand, by trafficking arms across international borders to a more or less "friendly" neighboring country, to drug cartels known to mow down entire families, journalists, judges, and politicians, indicates that there was NO LIMIT to what Obama and Holder were willing to do to others in order to get their weapons outlawing agenda enacted. There are now many hundreds of innocent Mexican men, women, and children who have been murdered by weapons trafficked through F&F. And some of those weapons have been turning up at US crime scenes, though it's very rare for these incidents to be reported by Obama's ministry of propaganda. Agent Terry's murder was no accident. The accident was that Obama and Holder didn't believe that anyone in the BATFE would be so disgusted with the operation that they'd "blow the whistle."

Holder's contempt for Congress is only third to his contempt for the law in general and the Constitution of the United States in particular, and his contempt for the American people.

Hey, at least Eric fully supports homosexual unions, so that makes up for his other shenanigans, right?
