The Pentagons Did Jesus die for Klingons too? symposium
In 2012, we issued a report titled Department of Everything that showed how the Department of Defense could make cuts in non-defense spending spending in DOD that has nothing to do with our national defense, which weve estimated totals almost $68 billion. This is actually an interesting question if you're a Christian.
Is Christ's sacrifice only valid to redeem Terran humanity, or does it apply throughout the Universe? If not, does Christ have to be sacrificed on every planet where intelligent life is found? Or have some of them not Fallen and require no Savior?
Of course, if you reject the possibility of intelligent life anywhere else, the issue doesn't arise. At least until First Contact.
