Until he leaves in 2017 his only alternative to NY taxes is New Jersey? Unless he is moving to a better location in New York.

I noticed that too. Then add in utilities of about $1,000 a month, annual lawn care, and insurance. Easily $100K+ a year in “overhead”. But very nice digs if you’ve got the scratch.

That’s less than 2% of the estimated value. I pay more than that in Ohio. But $3.6 million is probably 1200 square feet on Long Island.

Did anyone notice that Fox put on The Five for the normal 1st segment of Hannity last Friday? Seems odd to me. Can’t be good for Hannity. His Fox Stock seems to be slipping.
