Cleta Mitchell, attorney for an assortment of Tea Party groups that received very special attention from Barack Obama’s politicized Internal Revenue Service, lowered the boom on what she described as a “sham, non-existent” Justice Department investigation of the scandal during House Ways and Means Committee hearings on Thursday:
“I want to make three primary points here today,” said Mitchell. ”First, the IRS scandal is real. It’s not pretend, it’s real. Number two, the IRS scandal is not just a bone-headed bunch of bureaucrats in some remote office contrary to what the President of the United States told the American People on Sunday. And, number 3, the IRS scandal is not over. It is continuing to this day. And the Department of Justice Investigation is a sham. It is a nonexistent investigation.”
Her one-sentence summary of the scandal was powerful stuff: “The IRS, at the direction of some political elites in Washington - not in Cincinnati, but Washington – took what had been, for decades, a process of reviewing applications for exempt status that, for 501(c)(4) organizations, could be expected to take three to four weeks, and they converted that process into one that took three to four years, and in some cases is still not over.”

Good in theory, but that’s sort of like “rooting out” the Nazi Party - it would take a bigger, meaner government/police/military apparatus than we conservatives have available to us. When confronted with their misdeeds, the IRS and especially its enablers are not going to hang their heads in shame and go quietly.
Lois Lerner must be tried and then executed for crimes against the Republic.
Such behavior must never be repeated.

The only entity that can stop the widespread assault on our government institutions by liar communists is the SEALs, and I’m afraid the hardcore patriotic ones have been kicked out or placed on helicopters and killed (or even murdered at firing ranges).

These patriots presented evidence of CRIMINAL acts (including felony) ... coordinated targeting by IRS/DOJ/FBI/ATF/OSHA/DOL and illegal sharing of confidential donor information with enemies of the organizations, which led to the donors being attacked and intimidated too! This is not just IRS bureaucrats taking their time approving 501(c)(4) status!
Someone needs to be impeached. In-Contempt-Of-Congress Holder would be an appropriate and EASY first target. Do Your Job GOP House of Reps!

Catherine Engelbrecht mentioned in her testimony yesterday, that Cummings had "visited" her along with all these other gov't bureaucrats. Does anyone know the back story on that?
Because he played his part already in the charade.
She filed a complaint with the Ethics Committee after her testimony against Cummings. He’s been badgering her with intrusive demands for documentation along the same lines as what the IRS has been doing (Who are her donors, where does she make speeches, what do the people she trains do, etc).
She was on Megyn Kelly’s show about it last night.
They said this will be shown again this next Sunday at 2:30.........., will see. If possible everyone should watch this. Not often that I enjoy these meetings, but this was stunning.
Attn.Ms. Mitchell was once a D.Rep in Okla., now turned Republican after she knew the D's were about Big Gov't. Listen to here tell it herself on Sun. love it.
Jay Sekulow is also on the panel, watch him put those hideous Dem's in there place.
