The harsher federal punishments for crack, a drug that’s slightly more prevalent in black than white communities, has long been seen as unfair and racially biased, resulting in far more jail time for black drug offenders than white ones. Congress corrected this in 2010, but did not make the change retroactive.

The President has been a staunch opponent of the crack cocaine trade and unbeknownst to the public, while Barry Sotero and his lovely sidekick were organizing folks in the community not so long ago or that far away, they were undercover helping to make his adopted land safe and crime-free for the community, fighting the scourge of crack cocaine that was the driving force behind the criminal Empire.And now, Barry has come full circle and once again there to lend the brothers a helping hand.
As for the rest of America, you thought Obama-Doesn't-Care was a nightmarish scenario. These two hoodlums, The CIC and the AG know exactly what they're doing. And it's not about making amends for racism, or the inequality of the sentencing guidelines in the prison system.
It is the utterly absolute most cynical act that these two could ever conjure of biblical proportions against America. It's about payback time in the worst most unfathomable way.
