Um, Sandra, being a newly minted lawyer and all, I would think that you would be aware of the law. Contraceptives are legal. Everyone who wants them can buy them. I do not know how access can be more universal than that.

If you're going to argue that the tax monies taken for the purposes of maintaining public infrastructure, protecting public safety and health, and providing national defense should be diverted for things that people should provide for themselves like food, contraceptives, housing, clothing, etc., I would suggest studying that Constitution a bit more. The Constitution says nothing about government stealing from one person to give to another.
