The news here is that they’re suing churches, something they assured us would NEVER happen because they just respect religious freedom far too much.

I made the statement long ago (years ago ....) here on FR and I'll repeat it here:

"Gay rights" and the "right to marry" has ALWAYS been about destroying the church, period.

Once they had the "right to marry" there'd be a full court press to sue churches for not performing "same sex marriages" in the name of "fairness" and "equality."

They'll go so far as to corrupt the Church's teachings on marriage and to re-define the term "marriage" in the public discourse.

This lawsuit is step #1 into making that happen.

The "gay rights" movement has always been about destroying the church, period.

Sodomy laws used to keep homosexuals in the closet. They were never enforced, certainly not in contemporary times, and the homosexuals were allowed to bugger one another in private, notwithstanding the fact that their diseases create a health care burden on the rest of society.

Putting sodomy laws back in place would take homosexuality out of public view but still allow the homosexuals to bugger one another in peace.

The Church wasn’t punished for not accepting civil divorce and remarriage.

Try denying divorced, remarried people spouse coverage as a religious employer and try saying that again.

The Church isn't a registered religious organization, it's the people who hold to the doctrine.

That’s a good point. But no one lost tax exempt status for not incorporating civil divorce and remarriage into their religion. No one will be shocked if that eventually happens with ‘gay marriage.’ Divorce and civil remarriage wasn’t looked at as a civil right, but like you say no one was refused services or benefits about it like on a scale they are going to do with ‘gay marriage,’ at least that I am aware of.

It was, of course, inevitable. They’ll doubtless succeed in shutting down the Catholic Schools system along with the Hospital system...........

And this Great Republic will be much the poorer for it. It's all part of the demonic plan.
