I suspect that it’s not out of the question, that the mere mention of the Founding Fathers will one day garner you a free vacation, the loss of everything you own.
Hopefully questionable muslims...they’re the only ones we’re currently warring with.

The local Associated Press report quotes Scalia as using a Latin phrase that means "in times of war, the laws fall silent," to explain why the court erred in that decision and will do so again.

I won't disagree or be angry with this honesty.

I’m not sure I agree that it was wrong. It was war. There was reasonable suspicion that the people interned might have had split allegiances. And we certainly didn’t need to be fighting a gorilla war here at home.
If we ended up in a serious all out war with several middle eastern countries, would I have a problem excluding muslims from the military? No. Or interning all middle easterners and/or muslims? I’d probably be for it.

King Obama’s FEMA isn’t stockpiling several hundred million MRE’s, hundreds of thousands of automatic assault weapons, thousands and thousands of military assault vehicles and trillions of rounds of ammunition to repel an invasion of cheese eating surrender monkeys from the Duchy of Grand Fenwick.
They’re already doing it. To people who practice their constitutional right that clearly states “shall not be infringed”.
Only this time patriot citizens will be interned.
Funny how Scalia just assumes he’ll be on the outside of the barbed wire should his prediction materialize.
FEMA has built them already. It’s just a matter of when the order is given, and how quickly we can take out the order-givers.
