A Texas ophthalmologist and co-founder of AmericanDoctors4Truth tore down the curtain on Obamacare last week, describing President Obamas signature legislative achievement for the con game of forced labor that it really is.
When she wrote to the Aetna insurance company canceling her participation in its offerings, Dr. Kristin Held of San Antonio was informed she is contractually bound to care for the companys patients for another year as though Obamacare not only re-configured the American health care system, it repealed the 13th Amendment at the same time.
In her letter dated Jan. 30, the long-time and vocal opponent of Obamacare wrote that the law of the land Obamacare is made up of politically-expedient mandates, rewards, penalties, rules and regulations with which I cannot rationally or morally treat my patients and run a practice, much less interpret, implement or comply.
In the letter, Held describes a strange form of care in which a doctors services are sold without the doctors knowledge or consent.
So here we are, Held wrote, you are getting new business offering health insurance plans featuring my services without my consent under terms which are unacceptable to me

She just may be. I’d have to see a broader section of her views, but she sure has this one nailed.
I’m not concerned about anything below the neckline. She’s articulate, passionate and a conservative. That she attractive is just extra icing. I hope someone is encouraging her and preparing her to run.
I don’t want to belabor it too much at this point. What I have seen before though is someone come from the pack with excellent views on one topic. Then you learn more about them, and you realize they were good merely because their ox got gored (if you catch my drift).
As you say, she may be great. I’m just not convinced of that across the board yet.
I can understand why you support her. She was very good on this issue.
I work for the VA. The insane bureaucracy drives me nuts. However my patients are always refereed to as sir or mam. We actually do a pretty good job as long as the fools in Washington get off our backs.
The doc is a she....
Amen....
Totally agree. I have two issues that for me generally pin a person’s worldview - abortion and guns. I don’t know anything about her, but the article. She sounds like a liberal who’s been mugged. ;-]
Let’s send her to the Leadership Institute to finish her training.
I hope other doctors stand up for the same. I think they are the only ones who really can do something about this horrid situation.
Cudos to the lady, and a prayer goes up for her own healing!
Wake up and smell the Communism!
Sounds good to me...
Personally, I don’t need Laz’s opinion on this one!
I can certainly understand why Hillary is ill tempered.
I’m going to start calling my VA doctor “Provider”.
I have to wonder if the term “provider” is being used as a way to show a doctor that he or she is on the same level as a nurse’s aid.
LOL
Well that’s their intent all along. This is not about healthcare, it’s about redistribution of wealth. Communism 101 .They’ll destroy her, fine her into oblivion, steal whatever else they can for her then use that money to bribe the low info voters. This is why the are purposely making the cost too high - which they will keep raising - so people can’t afford it. Then in come the fines, and whatever crap excuse they can come up with to take what is yours. They want everyone completely dependent on the master government, slaves to government.
Impressment
Has there ever been any investigation/debate or nexus discovered, on how the Clintons attempt at health care overhaul has brought this disaster upon us?
I’m no expert, but prior to them I can’t recall the monstrosities that have been developed in the form of HMO’s, PPO’s, etc. It was basic insurance and fee for service, with your doctor. Then they show up and the whole thing starts to unravel. This whole thing has been orchestrated for years and is now coming to fruition. But I don’t hear anyone talking about how this all started(or may have started) with the Clintons and their puppet masters.
Maybe I’m way off base, but I figured this was as good a place as any to ask.
I have to wonder if the term provider is being used as a way to show a doctor that he or she is on the same level as a nurses aid.
_______________
No, it is because insurance pays people who provide and direct care and doctors, frankly are a smaller and smaller piece of the caregiving circle. It would be awkward to say doctor/NP/PA/Counselor/Chiropractor/Physical Therapist/dentist/socialworker... A nurse’s aid is not a provider but instead is a caregiver, in the vernacular.
