MSNBC keeps getting itself into trouble. This time the far-left TV network decided to use Twitter as its vehicle to offend the masses.
“Maybe the rightwing will hate it, but everyone else will go awww: the adorable new #Cheerios ad w/ biracial family,” MSNBC wrote on Wednesday night, linking to the new ad.

I knew an inter-racial couple at my church. He’s black, she was white. Nicest, kindest people you ever did meet. She passed very suddenly last year. He’s alone now but is still involved in church and our men’s ministry.
Why in God’s green Earth do the libs automatically assume that conservatives hate inter-racial couples? It makes no sense.
(Then again...not a lot of what libs believe makes ANY kind of sense.)

I actually had to go view the commercial to see what they were talking about. I've seen the original spot and it never even occurred to me that they were biracial. I didn't notice it at all. All I saw was a loving family (in this case one that didn't choose to kill their new baby).
Another example of projection. Democrats see everything through a racial filter and they project that conservatives do as well. Bast@rds

I saw the original commercial, did notice the races but thought it was very sweet.
The second commercial is just trying too hard, has a subtext of “We won’t cave to racists, nyah, nyah. Here’s another mixed baby in your face!” Maybe it wouldn’t have that subtext if there hadn’t been the initial controversy, but now it does, because it isn’t nearly as good as the first commercial. The sweet little girl is now a head-tossing little manipulator.
I wonder what sort of patches they will make us wear when they get full power??????

Not only are there a lot of biracial rightwing families, it has been that way for some time. We have several biracial families in our family tree. Love does not see color as an obstacle, but apparently the left does. They think they are being avant garde by their choosing to be a biracial family (as in this is really in fashion now), when they are actually behind the “curve”. One of the things the left supposedly carps about is this: hate for the borgeois, while all the time trying to be more so than anyone else. Their love of cocktail parties and everything Hollywood, their having to be seen at all the right places and stuff...good grief! What fools these hypocrites are. And they think they are fooling us?

The left doesn’t even understand that they HAVE assumption, much less that others might possibly have valid different assumptions.
I understand and can explain FULLY why she comes to the conclusions she does, yet she has NO CLUE as to why anyone could possibly think differently than “liberals”, other than stupidity or bigotry.

I think I’m correct in saying that Willie and Korrie also adopted a young woman of Asian heritage. She was featured on the season opener earlier this year.
Im an Alabama grad. Beautiful wife is an Auburn grad. I only noticed our difference once this year.

I can answer that for you. It is the same reason why they think they want big govt to rule over people. Liberals tend to be evil people so they think everyone is evil and govt. needs to be in control. They think rich people are evil because if they were rich they would be evil a$$es too.
Liberals are racists and so they assume everyone else is racist and that is why they are for all kinds of race based laws to correct the problem when the problem is them.
