I actually had to go view the commercial to see what they were talking about. I've seen the original spot and it never even occurred to me that they were biracial. I didn't notice it at all. All I saw was a loving family (in this case one that didn't choose to kill their new baby).
Another example of projection. Democrats see everything through a racial filter and they project that conservatives do as well. Bast@rds
I saw the original commercial, did notice the races but thought it was very sweet.
The second commercial is just trying too hard, has a subtext of “We won’t cave to racists, nyah, nyah. Here’s another mixed baby in your face!” Maybe it wouldn’t have that subtext if there hadn’t been the initial controversy, but now it does, because it isn’t nearly as good as the first commercial. The sweet little girl is now a head-tossing little manipulator.
