Rep. Michael Grimm (R-NY) threatens a NY1 reporter after he is asked about campaign corruption during a post-SOTU interview.
"Let me be clear to you, you ever do that to me again I'll throw you off this f***ing balcony," Grimm said, according to NY1.
"It's a valid question," Michael Scotto, the reporter, told Grimm.
"No, no, you’re not man enough, you’re not man enough. I’ll break you in half. Like a boy," Grimm responded.

Personally, I’m glad he got in the little weasel’s face. I enjoyed the “Uh-oh” moment the “reporter” had when he realized he messed with the wrong guy.
We’re always saying how GOP folk never fight back, and then when they do, some just bemoan it.
True! But the media is not an elected body of the government. I refuse to trust the media as the checks and balances of this nation. Our elected officials in the House have done no better given that they have the authority and have done little to nothing to fight against the corruption and power grabs of Harry Reid and Barack Obama.
He is the "wrong guy" for threatening to throw the reporter over the balcany, NOT because he represents our side and the media finally got "put in its place" but because this man is being probed by the FBI over a crooked fundraiser who supposedly helped Rep. Michael Grimm raise illegal funds in 2010 in exchange for the candidate’s promise to help him obtain a green card.
This congressman may or may not be guilty but to go as far as making such a threat to a civilian on camera in order to avoid discussing the issue surely does not make him look innocent.
He's a stupid politician to say the least.
We have enough government officials from the other side threatening the opposition (ie the IRS scandal) without others from our side doing the same thing on LIVE camera.
How can we expect the House to go after those behind the IRS scandal if they also have similar skeletons in the closet.
This man could do more harm than good.

Left or right, I’m tired of wuss reporters letting threats like this go unanswered in kind. If, just once, a reporter kicked a politician’s ass when he gets out of line, it may bring a dose of reality to the fore. The simple rule should be, if you make a physical threat, be you left or right, be prepared to back it up.
The irony is that pols are just as big pansies as the reporters they threaten.
