The ad features the same black father and white mother from Cheerios' "Just Checking" ad, which received an outburst of hateful comments from those opposed to interracial marriage, and an equally forceful response from those happy to see such a family depicted in a major brand's ad campaign. So, you see, one must have "approved" opinions. If one is not in favor of mixed race marriages, he has "hateful comments" whereas those are in favor have "forceful responses." It seems to be a nice balanced way of putting it.

General Mills is pro-sodomy. I quit buying their cereals last year when they came out of the closet.

My point—and I do have one—is that the news should report things objectively, i.e., leave out the adjectives.

Huh? What controversy? Guess I missed that.
It’s a cute ad. The interracial element hasn’t really been controversial for thirty years.
That said... I am getting a little tired and bored do all the -forced- multiculti in marketing these days. Seems like every ad has to check off all the boxes that they’ve got the white dude, the Asian dude, the black dude, the east-Indian dude, the whatever else... Yeesh... Give it a rest already.

Nah. Black men cannot stand to see a black woman with a white man.

Kind of freaks me out to think that not too long ago, democrats would not have permitted me to marry a morena Latina but now they try to cater to Latinos in general as if they are their best friends. How soon people forget the crimes if the democrat party and their social club, the KKK.

so he can play the race card.
I wish pundits like Rush would sop calling him African American and call him biracial.

Did he by any chance, use a huge number of personal pronouns in his speech?
To: Bon of Babble
I saw it, didn't say anything. Then the wife commented about it, and we agreed it was no big deal. Cute kid in what looked to be a happy home.
What's the issue?
