Hillary Clinton suffers from Competency Transfer Dysfunction. She believes that she is competent in areas that she is not. Her performance before, during and after the attack at Benghazi prove this.
She was obviously a competent college student, but all that really proves is that she was a competent college student. To infer that competency in one area necessarily begets competency in other, or all, areas is improper. You would not expect that mastery of the piano would automatically make you a world class gymnast. Why should we infer that competency in school necessarily produces competency at anything else?
Why would anyone assume that Hillary Clinton’s performance as a college student would prepare her to be Secretary Of State? Why would she accept the job? Confidence and competence come from proper training and experience. To take a senior Executive position in a department of the government that is as multifaceted as the State Department without the necessary training and experience is to invite disaster, and disaster is what Hillary Clinton produced in Benghazi.

Your points make sense in a scenario in which an American administration wants the US to do well as it is doing good in the world. But the Soros Administration has different goals than those of most previous administrations. Ergo, Hitlery Clinton’s horrendous performance is just what the dictator ordered.
