U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan will continue to push this year for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other officials to testify to the House Oversight Committee about the 2012 Benghazi, Libya, attack because he believes she is personally responsible.
Jordan wants to hear from Clinton, President Barack Obama’s national security advisor and former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice, and Clinton’s State Department Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills.
“My frustration is we haven’t had the three witnesses I think are critical,” Jordan said. “We will continue to push for them. I do believe, because there is a group of us that are going to push for this, I do believe they will be in front of the committee.”

Jordan, R-Urbana, sits on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and also chairs the Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs, Stimulus Oversight and Government Spending. He represents Ohio’s 4th Congressional District.

Jordan on Thursday acknowledged the Oversight Committee’s investigation would continue to intersect with Clinton’s consideration of running for president. He said the Benghazi attack will continue to be an issue for her, but that he’s not investigating it for political reasons.
“I don’t view it that way. The focus of the oversight committee this year is not to bring down the other party. The focus is to get to the truth. And whatever impact that may have on the other party, so be it. People walk up to me and say, ‘I just want to know what happened.’ Four Americans lost their lives,” Jordan said. “Sixteen months later we still don’t have the answers to that. Now, the impact it may have on Mrs. Clinton? That’s up to the American people. It is what it is. Our job is the truth.”

The response to any please of ignorance would be to call her out on her dereliction of her official Sec of State duties and ask her to refund all pay she received from the position because she clearly didn’t earn it and to keep the money would be tantamount to theft by fraud. Better yet, demand that she give the money to the families of the 4 slain Americans as restitution.
Wait until Reid is gone and she is a candidate for president. Hijinks will ensue.
Jim Jordan needs to hold up a picture of Bart Simpson and ask Hillary to identify him. Once she does, Jordan needs to say that any Bart Simpson-esque lies or professing of ignorance will simply not be tolerated. “I didn’t do it, nobody saw me do it, they can’t prove anything” is 100% unacceptable.
It’s called a “subpoena”. Issue one or shut up.

If they do invite her back to testify, any repubs who questioned her before, should not be there this time. Hillary was allowed to verbally walk all over the questioning parties last time. Too easily intimidated.
Jim Jordan should be there, with his tough guy game face, but maybe not Daryl Issa. Nothing reaches a conclusion with Issa.

Yep. All of the House GOP chaired hearings have become nothing more than a run out the clock to November 2014 time wasting debate club.
The give away that it’s all theater is that there is never any direct engagement or follow through by Boehner. For example, IRS hearings revealed that citizens were assault by our government. What did Boehner do about it? Nothing. What a sick joke the beltway GOP have become.
Testifying is intended to provide information / answers. “What the hell difference does to make?” Or similar responses are not answers and are only informative as to the witness’s character ( or lack of it) without telling us who actually did what. Therefore, this will be Hillary’s first time to ( hopefully) testify.
John Boehner can make this happen but he is being bribed to cover it up.

The Dems will holler that its time to move on since the Senate bi-partisan report didn’t mention her name and that its all about politics for 2016.
Well, they will be right about 2016 since Issa can control the clock, but he’d better hurry. If the Dems got behind a Special prosecutor they could run out the clock.
