Yes, we all know that big fund raisers get cushy ambassadorships in places like Norway, the Bahamas or Monoco. Obama certainly is the first to do it.

But to know you will appear before a Senate committee and not even bother to go to Google or Wikipedia, read a few articles about Norway, much less spend an hour to get a State Dept. briefing to learn some basics bout the key actors in Norway indicates a true arrogance and incompetence on the candidate - and those who appointed him.

It was a committee of Norwegians who selected Barack Obama for the Nobel Prize, so if he sends them an ignoramus, I can't work up a lot of sympathy for the Norwegians.

My guess is that the name Tsunis is Greek. Why not make him ambassador to Greece or Cyprus?

Or Tunisia? (It's almost spelled the same.) The Arab Spring started in Tunisia, so everything is hunky-dory there now...so Tsunis couldn't do any harm. Anyway all the Arabs love Obama because of his Cairo speech.
