Covered CA website is a mess

So my broker and I and now after speaking to him all his clients have not been able to login to the Covered CA website to get insurance.
If you can create a login then try to login and enroll 9-10 times it does not work.
My broker told me he spoke to them and they have a "trouble ticket" opened.
What a mess.

they have a "trouble ticket" opened. Trouble tickets are accumulated, put a roll and used in the Exchange restroom.
