I have been an RN for about a decade and worked in two large cities. I have seen many cases like this. I can't give specifics but it really opened my eyes figuratively and literally. I am absolutely wary when I am out and about. You can't let your guard down out there.

Exactly. These vermin don’t even come up to you and say “stick ‘em up” like garden variety vermin, They sneak up from your blind side and attack. How do you defend yourself against savage animals who do this?
