Obamas make burritos for MLK service project

The first family visited the DC Central Kitchen as part of a Martin Luther King Day service project, where they prepared meals that will be distributed to shelters around the city.
The family prepared beef burritos alongside regular volunteers. President Obama complimented his younger daughter Sashas burrito technique as outstanding and said with a smile he was very proud of her.
The family chose the DC Central Kitchen because they are celebrating their 25th anniversary of taking local produce and leftover meals that they turn into 5,000 meals.
