This is a sign of a country in decline -- this is our new generation.
The next presidential candidate need to run on lifting the country's moral compass to teach young kids right from wrong and help them strive for goodness and morality.
Haha...I was 27
Not me!
Net out Marijuana and see what’s left
Not me. I didn’t do it, nobody saw me, you can’t prove a thing.
There are so many laws now, each of us probably breaks a few each day without even knowing it. There should be a requirement that for every new law that’s passed, legislators should be required to repeal five existing laws.
And here's some more great advice!
Police state.
That means there is a 50% chance that Obama has an arrest record that has been hidden.
Well I had my rights read to me 3 times but never got arrested.
Did almost get shot a couple times, nearly blown up, and kidnapped by north korean spies. Oh and there was the really sexy NK spy who tried to seduce me.
The I got out of the air force.

It’s also a sign of a growing incarceration industry.
As a former CJ Instructor it isn’t a statistical race issue, it’s a fact issue. Black on Black crime is much higher, then it’s black on white crime, and at the lower numbers white on white crime, or white on black crime. Now with the immigration influx of Hispanics, more issues.
The UCR is published yearly by the FBI (2 yrs behind), and is more about the crime and the numbers relative to a key population component of say 500 per 100,000 people. All counties/cities of a certain population are to report a breakdown of all crimes nationwide.
However the racial component in the breakdown of the crime is what this Admin is trying to remove, by calling all of this racial profiling....it isn’t profiling. Only if a particular law enforcement person only focuses on blacks in all crimes or traffic stops, regardless.
If you have a crime and the victim says it’s a black male, 6’ and weighing approx 200 lbs...why would you stop a white, 5’ 5” male weighing 150 lbs, or a Hispanic, if you see a suspect fleeing or acting suspicious? Do you see the problem with what they are claiming is profiling?
Again the issue does have something to do with poverty and unemployment in some areas, but that is not the fault of the police department. How many crimes will you solve, if you can’t investigate the right description of the suspect? This is not like traffic stops at a road block.
Mistakes are made all the time, so I feel if the person, no matter the color, does not have any evidence on them or in their vehicle...let them go. Just get pertinent info to follow up on later, if necessary.
Where you can see the relevance to crime is in zipcodes, through city data details that break down race % and crime. There is talk of doing away with that too...so people moving to an area seeking better schools and safer neighborhoods will not be able to tell which ones are best.
Of course, I'm a Republican and a conservative. I hear tell that life is wilder on the other side.
Does that count?
None of the young men I know have ever been arrested. Can’t think of one. I’ll have to look at the study, stats have to be off.
Wow. That is a scary statistic.
I can’t imagine being arrested. I think I would crumble and die on the spot.
Tell any male under the age of 21 who is arrested for a non-violent crime that all charges will be dropped if he has a vasectomy.
never arrested, never done anything to warrant arrest.
Sounds like “kids will be kids” to me. Lots of young people first learn respect for others until the cell doors clang.
behind them.
Also a society that won’t let young people afford a family is a society that will make those young people criminals.
DUI probably accounts for a good many.
