This de Leon joker is dangerous. He has also proposed annual permits for California gun owners at a cost of $50 and wants ANNUAL background checks just to buy ammunition.

Well we are now in our “Hispanic Phase” as a state. It’s following the “Black Phase” (more commonly referred to as the Willie Brown/ Mervyn Dymally Phase” ) which is now thankfully over. This guy DeLeon doesn’t appear to have two brain cells to rub together. This last legislative session, I was surprised that Brown pretty much vetoed the few gun bills this jerk put in the hopper that actually made it out of committee and got voted on. Imagine Jerry Brown is now a “moderate.” I guess being married to a “man” will do that to you.
