Call me old fashioned, but if you ever HAD a right to a taxpayer funded sex-change operation (a dubious assertion to begin with), you certainly forfeited that “right” upon conviction of a major felony.

So where do you put a criminal like that if he/she is to remain incarcerated? If you put him/her in a male prison, then she becomes everybody’s whore. If you put him/her in a women’s prison, then they will beat the crap out of him every day on a regular basis.

Execute him now. That would solve the problem once and for all.
