Dr. Brian Greene, author of The Hidden Reality: Parallel Universes and the Deep Laws of the Cosmos, believes that this freakish quirk of nature may exist; and he discusses its amazing possibilities in this 3-minute TV interview.
A growing number of cosmologists agree with Greene that we are but one of many universes and at least one of these other worlds lies close to ours, maybe only a millimeter away. We can’t see this world, because it exists in a type of space different from the four dimensions of our everyday reality.

Fortunately we will when heaven and earth are one for eternity, but unfortunately that time is at least a thousand years away. Will be pretty close to that when the Messiah is in Israel ruling the world along with all the angels and the resurrected martyrs of the tribulation period. No guns needed then though, except for skeet shooting I suppose.

Considering the number of variables you're talking infinite number of parallel universes. Then you get you get recursive problems having parallels of the parallels...it's like having two mirrors facing each other you can see into infinity but you're really its just a reflection of the original image with a loss of resolution and granularity

Odd how I came across this article at just this time. Yesterday I found a little papaya tree in the corner of my back yard. I didn’t plant it, and I’ve never seen it before. So I amused myself with a little paranoid fantasy. Maybe I just fell into an alternate universe. And maybe the Other Me is in my universe right now, staring at this corner and wondering where her papaya tree went. An entertaining form of madness.
