The historic Singer (sewing) Mansion has burned to the ground. I have never seen a fire this aggressively fought with water-drop helicopters.

It’s going to be a bad year for fires...drought conditions brought on by little to no rainfall, way below normal for the past few years...coupled with extremely low reservoirs and tearing dams out to rehab streams and rivers means less water available for fighting the fires and for consumers...some of the problems man made, others nature’s wrath.
