President Barack Obama sent a message to Congress Tuesday: He plans to use his power whenever he can to move his agenda forward.
"We are not just going to be waiting for a legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help that they need," Obama said before a Cabinet meeting. "I've got a pen and I’ve got a phone -- and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward."
Obama said he told members of his Cabinet the need to use all the tool available, not just legislation, to advance his mission.

Impeached?? A snowball stands a better chance of surviving a blast furnace for an hour than the possibility of either the House charging, and the Senate convicting Obama and his minions of high crimes and misdemeanors.
History teaches this lesson very clearly, but somehow, Americans today would rather not think about it: dictators and tyrants do not leave power except by the threat of force.
He won’t be impeached. The Republicans are too scared of being called racist.

Dictators usually aren't impeached. They are usually violently removed from office by angry mobs and hung out to dry... literally.
That, or when it appears they have lost their hold on power, they secretly go into exile or shoot themselves in their bunkers.
