He then pulls the same Obama schtick by maintaining he DIDN’T KNOW of the plot.

I’m not a Christie supporter by any means but the difference here is when he was caught, he actually fired someone. Fxck nuts in the WH won’t fire anyone regardless of how bad they are.

Got an email saying that Christie didn’t sleep for two nights when he heard about it. Problem is he didn’t hear about it until a day later. So who’s lying?

......over the centuries, U.S. & British Navy Ship Commanders have been fired many times The situation with Christie here is analogous.

In some, if not most, of those Navy situations, it often seemed wholly unfair to the Captain or Commander of the vessel to be FIRED as he often was down in his bunk after non stop days on duty taking a well deserved nap. But, the principle of “your the Captain, your responsible”, most of the time prevailed and the Captain/Commander was fired or resigned.

In my opinion, Christie firing others is embarrassing and humiliating and he should resign for that. Then, he can go back to lawyering where accountability is a very vague notion for dreamers.

Yeah, right. Christie may not have known of the specifics, but obviously, the people under him thought this was okay and he would have approved except for legal reasons he had to be kept out of the loop. They wouldn’t have done it if they hadn’t felt he would have approved.

I never liked the man because I always found something creepy about him. This was even before he sucked up to Obama or all the other strange things he’s done, and I never knew why the GOP-E liked him so much. But I think it’s going to be really hard for them to defend him now.

As the WSJ pointed out, if we don’t like Obama using the IRS to attack political opponents, why should we like a governor using a highway authority to attack opponents? This is truly a strange case. I hope it puts the nail in Christie’s large coffin.

What a small man.
He likes being perceived as a bully and hires friends who are like him then he throws them under the bus when they did what he wanted them to do.

I bet anything that Christie has a high paying no show job lined up for them.
