Well here’s another fine mess the Supreme Court has started by legislating social policy. Judges don’t want to be elected legislators, the simply want the power of dictators as they impose their policies on the American people.

In a related story, uber RINO Jon Huntsman called a press conference and announced that he is deeply saddened by this news.

A state should be able to deport openly homosexuals to another state which wants them - like California or New York.

Sounds like there are some reasonable folks in Utah— too bad they can’t influence Colorado in this matter a little more.
But hey— here in Colorado they can have civil unions—and they can have a judge order a Bake shop owner sell them a “wedding “ cake even though the State Constitution does not recognize same sex “marriage” and the Judges violate our State Constitution and the US Constitution (including the 13th Amendment ) but anybody who don’t like the queer politics of Colorado can legally buy dope and smoke it Which is pretty much what the Reprobates were doing in spite of the law anyway

Judges always seem to allow laws that Lefties approve of to stay "on the books" while being challenged in court, but a conservative law is always "stayed" pending all the court challenges Lefties can throw at it...
This is one for the "Remember This" file, but I'm sure some Lefty will get a judge to proclaim any homo "weddings" before the SCOTUS ruling will have to be allowed. Bummer.
